This book is a must read to see how customer driven innovation has resulted in the creation of a multi billion $ enterprise – Intuit.

Intuit today commands over 80% of the personal finance market in USA (Quicken/Mint)
and over 80% of the small business accounting market (Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks online) as also 80% of the personal tax market (Turbotax) – a seasonal market in USA.

How did Scott Cook do it? Read this book to gain valuable insights into what the strategy is to do the opposite of what Steve Jobs did – technology driven innovation I.e. customer driven innovation.
